10. Gmund Blocker Paper
Once again unfortunately I don’t have any info on the weight of the paper. I think this paper is a bit better than the one found in the Bauhaus Dessau notebooks! I would definitely recommend it to anyone. With that out of the way, let’s dive into the details a bit.
Bleed-through is all right with normal use, it only showed up when I pushed the pen down really hard on the paper. There’s absolutely no feathering on this paper and inks behave really well on it. The colors are beautiful and shading is lovely. Sheen isn’t as pronounced as on Tomoe River but Diamine November Rain and Oxford Blue have them so this paper is a strong contender for one of the top spots on this list.
VERDICT: Really good paper for fountain pens. Definitely check it out if you can!
