That’s not my favorite brown, but the ink is wet, well behaved, and offers shading potential. Waterman makes great ink at a reasonably low price. You can’t really go wrong with it. Pennonia is also a great shop: I’ve got several ink bottles, pens, and Mate is always helpful. Hit him up for questions and he will promptly ask them. Perfect place for fountain pen newbies who want to find the best deals and options in the fountain pen world to start with. Also great selection for those who are already walking their way up and looking for more fancy options.
