1. Terms and conditions
1.1. The following terms and conditions apply to all sales made at Pennonia.
1.2. In the terms and conditions document “we”, “Pennonia”, “us” refer to S.C. Conversa Center S.R.L., the company who operates the website www.pennonia.eu while “customer”, “you” refers to the individual customer or business who is making a purchase in this website.
1.3. The terms and conditions document always represent the terms of the sale at the time of the purchase. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to verify these terms before making a purchase.
2. Pricing information, prices
2.1. The prices on this website are expressed in euros, the official currency of the European Union.
2.2. If a pricing error occurs after an order has been placed by you then we reserve the right to cancel the sale of the affected product(s).
2.3. The price of products does not include the price of delivery, unless stated otherwise. The price of delivery is shown separately before confirming your purchase.
2.4. The price of products includes VAT if you are from a country which is a member of the European Union or European Economic Area.
2.5. We reserve the right to change and modify the prices of products by publishing the new prices on the website.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment must be made in advance for all orders before the items are dispatched to you. Payment of orders can be made in the following ways:
a. Through bank card using the secure platform of Banca Transilvania.
b. Through transfer to our bank account. Please leave the order number in the comment bracket when using this method. Our banking details are:

3.2. All payment details provided by you must be correct or else we reserve the right to refuse to fulfill your order.
4. Shipping, delivery, postage
4.1. All orders are dispatched to you between 2-15 working days if our suppliers have the requested product(s) in their stock. If a product is out of stock or some other circumstance appears by which we cannot fulfill your order then we will contact you and discuss how to proceed.
4.2. Please note that we work with a limited stock of products and the products you see on the website might not be in stock even at our suppliers. If a product is not available we will notify you and allow a refund or offer you a product that has the same price as the one that is unavailable. Unfortunately we are too small at the moment to keep a huge and varied stock but we are working on it as best as we can!
4.3. Delivery may be done through the Romanian Post, Hungarian Post, DHL, DPD or FAN Courier.
4.4. We reserve the right to change delivery services at any time and to update the current delivery prices.
4.5. Delivery services are not refundable if you do not return every item from your order.
5. Cancellation, refund and returns
5.1. You have the right to cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Any payments you have made will be reversed and you will receive your money back.
5.2. You have right to return your order. Please contact us in writing if you want to return the products you have purchased. You have 14 days after the receipt of the products to change your mind and cancel the order.
5.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the products you wish to return to us are in the same, perfect condition you have received it.
5.4. The cost of postage for returned goods is the responsibility of the customer except in the case of faulty goods.
5.5. We are unable to accept the returns of any personalized products that are specific to you, these might include engravings, custom colors, custom products made specifically for you. If you decide to cancel an order for a custom product we may charge you a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the original value depending on the stage the product was when you canceled.
5.6. Refunds will be issued in maximum 30 working days after the we receive and verify the integrity of the returned products.
5.7. Returns and refunds are additionally not available for the following product types:
- Fountain pen inks: Unfortunately we cannot verify whether you have opened the bottle/sample or not thus we cannot guarantee that they are not contaminated or damaged in a way which would make them unsaleable and dangerous to use in fountain pens.
- Any other product that has been modified by you.

6. Liability
6.1. We are not liable to you or deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligation in relation to the products ordered by you.
6.2. We try to ensure that the information we provide to you on this website is accurate, however we cannot guarantee that is complete or up to date and any errors or omissions that might occur do not make use liable to you in any way if an issue arises from it.
6.3. Promotional images and videos may not represent a product accurately, due to differences in every screen, colors might not be accurate, manufacturers might make small design changes that they don’t advertise or we might not know of.
6.4. We are not liable in any way if one of the products purchased from us deteriorates your health. In plain English, don’t drink fountain pen ink, don’t poke yourself with nibs and needles etc.
6.5. You agree to try to resolves all disputes with us before taking legal action.
