I hope this newsletter finds everyone well! A lot has changed since our last update-both personally and professionally!

I’m now the proud father of two wonderful little girls, which temporarily shifted my focus away from work. However, this didn’t stop the flow of new ideas and we aligned all the pieces to launch new products and expand our services by offering outsourced manufacturing (bulk ink for your own brand).

This enables many to either launch their own ideas together with Pennonia® or kick off their own brand of fountain pen inks. Just in the past period we have shipped over several hundred liters of bulk ink to our partners which is a clear sign that together we can create magnificent things!

With new ventures also come new products as well! Our own product range is undergoing major changes.

♻️ Revising the color line-up

The following inks will be taken out from standard rotation (available until August 2026 or while stocks last). Some colors will need to be removed permanently as we consolidate our dye line-up and phase out some of the more niche raw materials. Many of these colors were great and the feedback from the community on them has been tremendous (ex. Meggyes). While we won’t be offering them anymore, our retail partners might be interested in making any of these exclusive to their store!

🆕 New colors and updated design

Bottle labels and boxes received a new design as we want to shift into providing packaging and design that matches the high quality of the inks.

🧛 The Draculea ink is coming back with an updated formula. 

Our iconic Draculea ink returns with an updated formula! To distinguish it from the original limited edition, we’ve rebranded it as “Draculea Rising”.

✨ Liquid shimmer additives

In addition to our fountain pen inks, we’re also updating our liquid shimmer additives. While the current colors are effectively discontinued (available while stocks last), we’re introducing eight new shimmer options available already for pre-order!

The first three are standard mass-tone pigments (what you all know as standard shimmer) gold, silver and burgundy shimmer while the others are interference pigments (silver base with pearlescent effect in the respective colors) with yellow, red, violet, blue and green pearlescence. 

Note: Interference pigments will be available on backorder, with fulfillment times dependent on supplier lead times.
