Piccolo Press makes really high quality and beautiful products. Just check out and their site to see what they have to offer. Also great customer service and they pay attention to the details.
The paper is absorbent so while November Rain does have sheen, the other two do not. It makes up for it in shading which is clearly visible even with an F nib. No feathering, no ghosting, no bleed-through. Good to write on. Definitely try this paper.
VERDICT: Excellent paper for fountain pens. I would recommend it especially if you have a wet fountain pen to write with.
